If you are planning to attend Sapphire Joust and you are not sure at this time you want to camp, please pre-register on ACCEPS and go ahead and register to camp.  

If you plan to attend Sapphire Joust on Saturday, the cost of attendance covers your camping fee.  This way, should you decide to camp, you have a camp site you can go to.  Everyone is invided to camp with the Barony.

Registration through ACCEPS closes on Saturday, May 15, 2010 for Sapphire Joust XI.

If you use ACCEPS, please remember that you will need to make reservations for camping with a group,list field space and merchants through the Barony of Caer Mear. If you do not reserve tent space with us, you will be placed in singles camping, even if you pre-registered using ACCEPS!

To reserve camping space with a group, please visit our online tent reservation form at

Reservations through the online tent form CLOSES on Thursday, May 20, 2010.

Registration by mail must be RECEIVED by Thursday, May 20, 2010 as well.
