[Moo] Misinformation regarding the Atlantian 30th Celebrationsite

I agree.  The details are not important right now.  What I am  hearing is 
that allowing pets would be a welcome addition to the event.   Policies and 
procedures can be put in place at a later time.

That would mean defining what is meant by "misbehaved",  figuring out
who has the the authority to tell someone "please leave."  and make
sure those people are willing to use that authority.    Those points
would need to be published as part of the event  announcement.

No one likes confrontations, and asking someone who  paid for the
event, may be camping, have traveled with others, and/or  might have
driven hours to get there is far from easy, but an unenforced  rule is
useless.
