[Moo] Setting up Big White

Unless someone else can haul Big white to the site I will be unable to
deliver it to site until after 5:30pm Friday.  Please let me know if you
are willing to haul the tent and poles as I am willing to meet you at
the locker and retrieve it.  If no one can do this set-up of Big White
will have to take place Saturday morning as it will be too dark on
Friday night to put it up.

Greetings Stierbach,

 

I now have Big White (20 x 40) Pavilion (Stierbach's Baronial tent), and
another 20 x 40 pavilion coming to Holiday Faire.  If both tents are
placed end to end, that will be 80 feet of merchanting space available
up against one wall of the pavilion.  With Evan's vinyl walls, I should
be able to cover almost 3/4 of the two pavilions.

 

I also have two 20 x 20 pavilions coming as well.  I do not have walls
for these yet, so if anyone has walls they can loan, please let me know.

 

These Pavilions will be placed on the grassy area right next to the
fighting field. 

 

If you are able to donate your time to help set up these pavilions,
please let Marcolo know (marcolobronzethunder at gmail.com).  He is putting
the tent detail together.  Big White and the other pavilion are very
large and many hands are needed to get it set up/taken down.
