More tidbits and info to pass on:

**Contact Blitha of Wolfhou if you would like to part of the Meal plan.  for $10 
(little less $$ for kids) you will get breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, 
and breakfast on Sunday.  She will be shopping tomorrow for food items and if 
you have not already contacted her to get added to the list, please do so

**We are in need of long stakes to pound in the ground to support the display 
walls next to the camp entrance; just like the ones we have at Pennsic.  They 
need to be 6 feet long.  They do not need to be as thick as a 1 x 4, but strong 
enough to hold up the display walls.  If you have something we can use (borrow), 
please let me know before Wednesday, otherwise I will need to go shopping for 
wood...grin.

**Saturday night we will have our own celebrations of the Day's events with our 
allies.  We need help with setting up the tables, food, drink and clean-up.  
Your gonna be there anyway, you might as well plan to help out.

10:00 am - Merchant Set up
12:00 pm - Site/Gate Opens
12:00 am - Gate Closes

Friday
7:00 am - Gate Opens
7:00pm - Welcome Social - This is for everyone, garb or not, and will
be enough to suffice as a light meal.
1:00 am - Gate Closes

Saturday
7:00 am - Gate Opens
7:30 am - Heralds Cry Reveille - Don't shoot the heralds!
8:30 am - Procession Meeting
9:15 am -- Stierbach meets at Camp entrance and we 
                  will march to the field togther
9:30 am - Muster for Procession
10:00 am - Procession / Morning Court Begins
11:00 am - Martial Activities begin - Don't blink ... you'll miss something!
1:00 pm - Gate Closes
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Trick or Treating  (must contact Lady Emelude to
                                get a sign &

5:30 pm - Court (at the whim of Their Majesties)
6:53 pm - Sunset
After Court - Boat Burning to honor those who’ve passed.

Sunday
