[Moo] Crown Tournament Question

I saw a post awhile back on the process of applying to fight in the
Fall Crown Tournament but I am unable to find said posting.  I know
that a letter/email needs to be sent but not what information was
needed or to whom the letter of intent should be posted. Does anyone
have that information or could they point me in the right direction?
I have checked the Acorn tournament listing, the Kingdom newsletter
(Acorn again, both hard and soft copies),
