Subject: [MR] St. Catherine's A&S Prize Tourney II at Coronation

*St. Catherine's A&S Prize Tourney II*

*Coronation of Michael and Seonid, April 2, in the Barony of
Windmaster's
Hill*

Hungry for some honest, in-depth feedback on your A&S project? St.
Catherine's A&S Prize Tourney may be just what you are looking for! This
is a serious competition designed to give artisans face-to-face
critiques from judges familiar with the artisan's field of work. It is
open to all artisans, from novices to experts.

This competition is designed to get artisans and judges together, face
to face, to discuss in detail the artisan's entry. The number of
artisans will be limited to 10, to allow for ample time for the artisan
to present the entry to the panel of judges and for the judges to ask
questions. Entrants must register prior to the event, to allow the
competition organizer, Mistress Gwerfyl verch aneirin (Aneira), time to
arrange for judges within each artisan's field.

*Registration Process*

Registration opens February 15 and closes February 28. Entrants are
limited to the first 10 people to register with Mistress Aneira.

The information required for registration includes 1) a one-paragraph
description of the work, 2) the geographical location and time period of
the work, 3) a short list of people in Atlantia who are knowledgeable
about the subject matter (if the artisan knows of any), and 4) phone
number and email of the entrant.

*Documentation Process*

Documentation is due from all entrants on Sunday, March 20, and should
be emailed to Mistress Aneira at nancyhulan at gmail.com. Any artisan who
does not submit documentation by March 20 will not be able to
participate on the day of the event. Judges will read the documentation
before the event.

*Day of the Event*

Artisans will be assigned a time to present their entry to their panel
of judges. If the artisan chooses, this presentation can also be open to
the populace. Presentation time is limited to 30 minutes, including time
for questions from the judges.

*Prizes*

There will be a grand prize awarded to the entrant with the highest
combined score.
