[Moo] Stierbach Website is back up.

Stierbach.org is back up and showing off it's new colors. I'm going to be entering data and adding content over the next few hours, but it is usable now.

The site has been moved to a Joomla back-end. This means less maintenance, dynamic content, and general spif.

As always, gripes, complaints and death-threats should be sent to webminister at stierbach.org
