Here is the menu for feast at Defending the Gate, which will be held this
Saturday the 26th.  

 

Appetizer Course: Bread, Cheese, Butters, Dried Fruits

 

First Main Course: Roast Pork, Beef Tarts, Roasted Vegetables, Applesauce,
Spinach

 

Second Main Course: Chicken w/ Pears, Bratwurst, Spätzle, Peas, Red Cabbage
Salat 

 

Dessert Course: Fruit Tart, Cheese Tart
