[Moo] Correction to Defending the Gate Schedule to add Bardic

Actually, I have committed that judges can begin at noon, so while on lunch
they can judge if they are busy....
 
Not sure that deserves a rewrite. My intent was that all A&S was to be in
place by 11:30.

Defending the Gate Schedule

 

10 am         -- Gate opens

                     -- MOL check-in

                         -- Archery Inspections 

                         -- Armor and Rapier Inspections and Authorizations

                     -- Heavy Fighting Activities Begin after Authorizations

                     -- A&S open - Drop off entries in A&S Pavilion

 

11 am         -- Archery Range open

                  -- Free Scholar Prize Tournament, Team Melees immediately
after

 

11:30 am   -- Newcomers Progress - 

                     Meet under the Cedar tree by Toll check-in

 

Noon          -- Lunch  --  Don't forget your Feast Gear  

 

1 pm           -- Children's Activities in Children's tent 

                  --  Bardic -- open to everyone.

                  -- A&S judging begins

                  -- Youth Fighting in front of Baronial Tent
                       -- Combat
                       -- Rapier

 

2 pm          -- Bardic Competition begins.  After Competition, open Bardic

 

4 pm           -- Archery Range closes

                  -- Heavy Fighting / Rapier ends

                  -- Pick up A&S entries 

 

5:00 pm      -- Stierbach Baronial Court 

 

6 pm           -- Feast 

 

10 pm          -- Site closes 

 

Site: Izaak Walton League, 12400 Herndon Road, Spotsylvania , VA 22553 . 



The site is dry.  Pets are not permitted.  



Site opens at 10 am and closes 10 pm.
