[Moo] Assistance Needed - Youth Combat Authorizations

Greetings,  my name is Bob Cheripka (aka John de Ellsworth) and I have two children (ages 12 and 6 - will be 13 and 7 by Pennsic) that I would like to try and get authorized in Youth Combat before Pennsic.
