[Moo] Holiday Faire Setup

Today Friday we will need folks to come out to help set up. We are not
allowed on the grounds before 3pm so anytime after that. We have 4
pavilions that need to go up; The Baronial public tent on the list field,
MoL/Chiurgeon, Newcomers Point and Troll. Later Cairistiona will bring the
merchant booth map and we will be labeling the floor plan. In the small
hall we will be setting up tables for the activities going on in there. The
archery folks usually set up on Friday as well.
  Saturday morning please try to arrive as close to 7am as possible. 7 is
the time troll will open for merchants and staff. Troll will open at 10am
for the populace. Only merchants and staff with a reason to be there can
enter the large hall before 10am.
