[Moo] Archery and Rapier Champions to be selected

Greetings,

It has been announced that Their Royal Majesties will be choosing their
Rapier and Archery Champions at Chalice of the Sun God, in case you needed
another reason to go.  Hope to see many of you there competing for one of
these honors.
