[Moo] Stierbach's new Archery Marshal

I would like to Thank, Lord Enequy Erensaurlezelasgarria Menditarra for being Stierbach's Archery Marshal for the last two years. His service to the Barony is much appreciated and archery continued to thrive during this time. 

Lord Enequy has stepped down as Stierbach's Archery Marshal and M'Lord Dietrich Saphir zum Drache has taken this position. 

M'Lord Saphir was previously Lord Enequy's deputy archery marshal and did a wonderful job in the position. M'Lord Saphir has been an active archer and marshal in the Stierbach archery community. He will no doubt continue in making the archery community grow.

Please congratulate M'Lord Saphir next time you see him.
