[Moo] War of The Wings coming up in October

We are safely home from Pennsic, and it is time to be thinking of ABC, Atlantian University, Chalice of the Sun Gods and other Events that have caught your eye. Don't forget War of the Wings coming up in October!

War of the Wings will be from Wednesday October 10 at noon, until Sunday, Oct 14 about noon at Elchenburg Castle in Boonville, NC. This is actually the weekend after the federal Columbus day Weekend. Check out the main website: http://www.warofthewings.com/index.html  

Pre-registration is open now on ACCEPS. Deadlines are by ACCEPS, by Sept 15, 2012, or by Mail, by Sept 20, 2012. When registering, there is a link to ACCEPS and the address to mail in registrations if you choose to go that route. The registration link is off of the main website, or go directly to: http://www.warofthewings.com/troll.html

The Barony of Stierbach is registered as a camping option already. I had volunteered to be the Land Agent. After you pre-register for the Event, go to the "Land Steward" Page and then to the group camping section, find the Camping Registration Form ( http://www.warofthewings.com/camp-form.html ).  Please fill this out, so we will have enough land, and so I know the sizes and numbers of tents coming! If you are mailing in your pre-registration, there is also the camping registration form that can be printed and mailed in together with your pre-registration. Even if you are thinking on staying at a local hotel, or daytripping, add a bit of land to the Baronial Encampment!
