[Moo] [Watchtower] Demo for Bull Run Library

I should be able to adjust my schedule to assist with this one as well, and
I'll go out on a limb and volunteer Colum and his display of period bows
and arrows - he can wax poetic with or without being able to shoot...
<grin>

This is "our" library, so we need to support it.

If you can get Blitha's box of games, that would be useful.
