[Moo] baronial day 12th night

Rhonwen and I will be making ourselves available from 4-5 for questions and
discussions. If anyone has any concerns about the Barony including but not
limited to the upcoming polling please feel free to seek us out during this
time. We are happy to have private as well as group discussions during this
time.

As Baronial Day approaches I wanted to send out a reminder and a tenative
schedule
Baronial Day will be held at Grimmsfield
Saturday Jan 21, 2012 2:00 PM
16132 Crusade Ct, Haymarket VA 20169, 571-248-2762, 703-508-1758
 
2-5 outdoor activities archery, thrown weapons, raiper, and heavy practice
pending marshalls
2-5 indoor activities Newcomers Welcome, gaming, A&S , socializing. Bring a
project or game
5-6 cocktails and pot luck dinner Please bring an appetizer, main dish,
salad, or dessert to share
6:30 Secret Santa white elephant. If you would like to join in plese bring a
wrapped unmarked gift under $20.00
7:00 til??? Happy hours and bardic bring your instruments, songs poems,
stories etc.
 
There is plenty of room for crock pots and oven space. Paper goods and soft
drinks will be provided.

There is no fee to attend this event, garb is recommended, loaner garb is
available.

Parking is limited so carpooling is suggested.
