2-5 outdoor activities archery, thrown weapons, raiper, and heavy practice pending marshalls
2-5 indoor activities Newcomers Welcome, gaming, A&S , socializing. Bring a project or game
5-6 cocktails and pot luck dinner Please bring an appetizer, main dish, salad, or dessert to share
6:30 Secret Santa white elephant. If you would like to join in plese bring a wrapped unmarked gift under $20.00
7:00 til??? Happy hours and bardic bring your instruments, songs poems, stories etc.
 
There is plenty of room for crock pots and oven space. Paper goods and soft drinks will be provided.There is no fee to attend this event, garb is recommended, loaner garb is available.Parking is limited so carpooling is suggested.
