[Moo] Friday, June 15, 2012: Investiture set-up

Hello folks!

Hooray, evil strep throat seems to be going away!  Darn kindergartners and
their icky germs...

The Friday before the Investiture, June 15, I will be heading over to the
Fauquier County Fairgrounds (6209 Old Auburn Road, Warrenton, VA 20139 )
directly after I get off work at 4:00pm (it is the last day of school, so
hopefully kids will be picked up quickly).  Google Maps thinks it would
take me about an hour to get there ('course, we all know what traffic in
this area is like!) from my school near Ft. Belvoir.  Therefore, I am
setting the beginning time for set-up at 5:30 to go until it is either A)
too dark or B) people are too tired).  If you are at all able to head on
out, I could surely use the help.  Sigmani has volunteered to throw some
'dogs and 'burgers on the grill for us to chow down on, but he has
requested a little bit of financial aid to purchase what he needs.  If any
of you are able to help him out, I know I am appreciative.

Staff members, if you could please compile written lists of what you will
need to get done and get them to me, that would be awesome.  That way, if
you are unable to come out for any reason on the Friday, we will have your
lists of what you need where.

If you need me, feel free to call Monday-Friday after 4:00 pm (if you call
before then, leave a message and I will try to get to you on either my
lunch or my planning break), or Saturday-Sunday 8:00 am-10:00 pm at
