[Moo] library demo in front royal canceled

Just an update on this as some people have asked about this during university.  I contacted them a month ago and found out that they had found another group to do the demo.  I was unaware that they needed at least a 2 month advance notice of our desire to participate.  That was my mistake and I apologize.
