This is a reminder about the upcoming demo.  At this point I have 2 people
who have said they can attend with me.  Please, if you are able to come I
need to know by this Friday.  If we have to cancel or make different plans I
would like to give as much notice to Andrew as possible.

Dear Shannon,

 

Thank you for once again organizing a group to visit us here at Wakefield
School. We are looking forward to welcoming you once more to our campus. As
in previous years we will have a space for you at the side of the white
house, under the shade of the large tree. I have requested four car-parking
spaces for you and your colleagues and these should be available to you
after 1pm until the end of the day.

 

Would it be possible for you to begin your section of the afternoon at about
3pm or so? Will you have demonstrations of hand-to-hand combat again as well
as medieval crafts?

 

I am looking forward to seeing you again. You are so faithful about
supporting this annual event and I truly appreciate your support. Thank you
so much.
