[Moo] Reminder: Pot-luck and food plan for Ruby Joust

This is a reminder that I need your information if you will be partaking in
the meal plan for Ruby Joust this coming weekend.  I will be sending out
emails to those who are on Wednesday afternoon.

 

The pot-luck Saturday is open to everyone!  Please come, bring food, bring
friends, bring drinks, bring entertainment, but most of all bring yourselves
and share the evening amongst friends.

Greetings!

 

If you are attending Ruby Joust and plan on partaking in any of the meals,
even if you are not camping with us, please email me before Tuesday June 22.
Our land agent, Sara will be wrangling up the volunteers needed to make sure
it all gets out, cooked, and cleaned up.  If you are willing to help with
any of the kitchen duties please let her know!  Your service to the camp is
very appreciated! 

 

Below are the details for the weekend.  Feel free to stop by and visit, or
stay for a meal!

 

Friday Night:  On your own

 

Breakfast Saturday/Sunday:  if you would like to participate in breakfast on
these days please bring $5 per-person to Ruby and send me the information
below.

Number of people

Any allergies

Beverage preference (juice/milk/hot water for coffee tea)

 

Lunch Saturday/ Sunday:  On your own, or feel free to contribute to the
Baronial Hospitality table under the field pavilion.

 

Saturday Dinner: Pot-luck

Please bring a dish that will feed at least 10 people

Let me know what you are bringing so I can make sure there isn't too many of
one item

 

Sunday Dinner:  Whatever is left in camp!
