I sent a note to the POCs asking for the state of the swords. Since I did not do it last year I am not sure how many of left. I will let you know when I find out details.

I will be glad to make boff swords from pool noodles again. In fact, I can probably round up some local kids to help -- they've been bugging me to do that.

Once again our Kingdom has called upon its members to support the Pennsic Children’s Fete.  During my tenure as Baroness Stierbach I asked for your help in sponsoring an activity for the fete.  I and my helpers ran a table every year and my Baron also volunteered by running the foam sword station much to the glee of many a future knight.  We were unable to do this last year as we did not attend Pennsic, however I would like to take up the challenge again.

If you would be willing to support our cause in sponsoring an activity at the fete (through volunteering or a donation of supplies) please let me know.  I am in the process of coming up with a price list and a theme for this year’s table, but should have that done by the May business meeting.

If you would like to help the fete in other ways (and there are MANY ways to assist) please contact the organizers listed below.

Greetings Unto the Populace,

As most of you know, I stepped down as the Kingdom of Atlantia Chancellor of Family and Youth Programs and THL Aine O Grienan stepped up at the Tournament of Ymir.  Despite stepping down, I still remain an advocate of our youth and our youth program. With that premise in mind I come to you today with a challenge.

I challenge all the households, Orders, Cantons, Shires, and Baronies to donate needed supplies or volunteers for the Known World Children's Fete at Pennsic.

Better yet - I challenge you to sponsor an activity at the Fete.  I challenge you to continue what we all started at Coronation with the Disney Garb Challenge - by sharing fun at bubbles at the fete with the entire Kniown World.  I challenege you to sponsor an acitivity, to donate supplies, to volunteer your time and to show the entire Society that Atlantians know how to have fun and to share their fun with everyone.

I challenege you to make Atlantia proud with the helping make this year's Knoiwn World Children's Fete the best one ever!
