[Moo] Holiday Faire Lunch

Greetings good gentles, 
Lunch prep is mostly done, we will nee some help in obtaining the equipment we need, any assistance is greatly appreciated. 
Equipment I figure we need:
2 - 3 burner stoves
6 - 5 gallon pots (more the better) (2 Anbjorn/Chris)(2 Alienor)
3 - 5 gallon drink coolers (1 Anbjorn/Chris)(1 Alienor)
2 - 5 gallon cooler covers
serving ladles or glass measuring cups
baskets for drink mix packets (Anbjorn/Chris)
2 tables ( one for crock pots one for bag lunches)(Alienor)
1 - small table for ice water cooler(Anbjorn/Chris)
6 -  5 quart crock pots for soup (2 Anbjorn/Chris)(2 Maven)(1Alienor) (1 Jesse)
Something to cook rice in
2 - ice cream scoops (to portion rice out)(Alienor)
2 coffee urns
