[Moo] [Sudentorre Watchtower] Dog Mart comes Sept 28

I contacted the land agent regarding the 4 people I registered (one is a
ghost). I dont think 3 got applied to Stierbach. I am awaiting a reply, and
when I know something Ill pass it along.
