And looking ahead, May 20 A&S class is on those Intimate Unmentionables  ( shhh, we are discusing the bras recently found, will discuss how to make them ourselves...)

June 17 class will be Beginning Embroidery!

 Tuesday night, at the CCC, we will be having another class for Netting.  We got a very basic netting class and some of us (hand raised....) are still a bit confused about it.  So, Mistress Blitha is graciously going to show us again!  If you missed the first netting class and would like to do this, please join us.

 

Small caveat:  If you have kids, they are welcome.  There's plenty of space at the CCC where they can play.  However, we will not have separate children's activities planned, so bring something for them to entertain themselves.

This is the only building on the block that does not look like a house. Parking is not restricted on Dandridge Street, but is restricted on surrounding streets, so be sure to heed all parking notices to avoid ticketing.

Directions from the south

Take I-95 North, and exit 130A toward Fredericksburg. After 1.5 miles, turn left onto William Street / Route 3 Business. After 0.5 miles, at the first traffic light, turn left onto College Ave. Mary Washington University is on the right side. After 0.2 miles, turn left onto Dandridge Street. The CCC is the 2nd building on the right.

Directions from the north on Jefferson Davis Highway

Take Jefferson Davis Highway / Route 1 south past Mary Washington Hospital to the first light at the top of the hill. Turn left onto College Ave. Mary Washington University is on the left side. After 0.5 miles, turn right onto Dandridge Street. This is the 8th right turn from College Ave. The CCC is the 2nd building on the right.
