[Moo] Middle Eastern Drum and Dance practice beginning this Friday!

I forward to all from Caradawc that starting this coming Friday, Feb 7, at about 7 pm will be a beginning Drumming and Dancing practice at the University of Mary Washington in the Link (between Mason and Randolph buildings).

When you enter the main entrance of the University campus off of College Ave, go between the 2 brick posts onto Double Drive (parking can be had in the lot to the left, or along Double Drive), proceed to the bell tower (where there the road loops around). Randolph Hall is the building farther. Walk in front of Randolph Hall (Mason Hall is opposite Randolph Hall) and The Link is at the end between Randolph and Mason Halls. There is also some parking behind Randolph and Mason Halls, but this is primarily for the students residing in the halls... along Double Drive is probably our best bets for parking.

Nyssa, president of the UMW Ren Club has set up this space as part of the Ren Club activities, and we get to dance and drum with them. The plan is to have drumming and dancing practices 2 times a month. Caradawc will lead the drumming, and Colette will start the dancers. We invite all to come and try and learn and to have a great time!
