[Moo] Thrown Weapons Teaching Marshal?

I am seeking out a teaching marshal for thrown weapons.  I would like to pursue becoming a thrown marshal so that we can better represent this combat art at Stierbach and Abhainn Iarthair events, but alas, do not know where to start.  Any recommendations in or out of the barony are appreciated.  I can travel to them.
