*Kings’s Assessment, July 4-6* – Barony/Canton have a lot of presence
there, there will be a tent, Lord Alan will loan Baronial tables



*Exchequer*

Still in the beginning of transitioning to Grimm but with Briana’s warrant
renewed, the details, including locker inventory, etc can happen after
Pennsic



*A&S*

First A&S day is Saturday 7/12!  Info on Facebook, MOO, calendars, etc

August A&S day being planned

Possible largesse competition to coincide with Baronial Birthday

Newcomer to archery Tim is interested in camping with the barony at
Pennsic, Gunnora will send him info about who to contact



*Baronial Birthday 2014* – Insurance paid for equestrian, Baron Mors will
find out if additional insurance is required; all marshal activities and
cooking covered; will focus on post-Pennsic



*Baronial Birthday 2016* -- It is not too early to be thinking about it!



*Pennsic* – Baron Mors is working on encampment refurbishing projects,
currently on schedule & under budget! Still needs to buy tarps, 46-48
people (plus ~10 “ghosts”) plan to camp with the barony, $5 surcharge
toward debt

Wednesday Baronial Court with potluck dinner, barony to provide meat;
Thursday Atlantian Court



*Holiday Faire 2014* – insurance done, focus on post-Pennsic



*Baronial Tent *– not sent yet, Baron Mors will call first



*New Business*

*Fredericksburg rapier fighter group* meeting at Loriella Park in
Spotsylvania would like to have a demo/free event practice, with a sign
instead of a banner, will contact park



*Random Question of the Evening*, from Saphir: How much does a marine
battery cost?  Baron Mors: $87-$150



*Manuscripts at the Abbey, August 22-24* – Baroness Esperanza was asked by
the Clerk Signet to put together a team or 4-5 for the event, theme will be
something with Ladies of Rose, if you’re interested in participating,
contact Baroness Esperanza



*Canton Report*

*Abhainn Iarthair* – HRM lunch went extremely well, Lochmere asked for help
in the future
