Master Ii, can you add this to the agenda?

Bethel Lutheran Church near the hospital in Manassas has TUESDAY's
available.
We can book for a year at a time. In the fall of each year.

Donation only basis, no fee but donations recommended. Whatever we feel is
a reasonable donation.

Are we willing to move the meetings to Tuesday and pay a donation to have a
reliable meeting place? Is it reasonable to ask attendees to make a
donation.

Can the barony just eat the cost?

What is a reasonable donation?
