[Moo] request for voice herald at birthday

The equestrians need your help. We are in need of a voice herald for about
an hour in the morning, and again in the afternoon.

No paperwork involved, you need not be a registered herald.

We need someone to relay information loud enough for all to hear.
No experience necessary! Just a loud voice.
You need not be in the arena with the horses.

If anyone is willing to help please let me know
