    As of June 1st (a monday for all you who aren't looking at your calendars) you have 17/seventeen days....that's two hands, one set of toes plus two (if you have your socks off). Pre-registration for pennsic closes June 17th, which leaves you a little more than two weeks to register you(rselves) to camp with the Barony. Do be advised that after that, the Art of Tentris will begin, as well as wrangling for ghost spaces & such with our neighbors. Please feel free to join us at pennsicmoo at yahoogroups.com for details, to get to know people, share info, etc...also, those who are new to camping with us, please if you notice someone not on the list, please invite them; sadly, we can't know who's on & who's notDo, again, be advised that your Land Agents, Freug & John, will NOT BE AVAILABLE after June 10th (might be the 12th dependant on work/etc) thru the end of June due to family matters, so if you have questions, please address them with us before hand if you have them. If you are requesting information/answers via email, it might be a day or two for a reply (yes, there is email in Alaska...it's powered by everyone slapping at the mosquitoes...the more mosquitoes, the more power we have for email...it's a 'northern thing')
To those who still have not sent tent sizes: please send us the dimensions of your tent, which consists of the footprint your tent leaves with ropes, & without ropes (this includes rain flies if you have them, awnings, etc)...this is your total measurement & will give us the square footage we need to allow for you & your neighbors. Also, if you have the ability to do so, please register ghosts, as this enables us to have more spare room for the kitchen tent, firepit, all-around gathering space & we aren't calling one another sardines. If you have questions regarding how to accurately measure out your tent dimensions, please ask
We have a new fridge this year, thanks to Lady Anbjorg & Aeddan...please send them your thanks if you see them for their generous donation so that we have somewhere to put our fridge'd items. Also, please all note that this new fridge is SMALLER than the last one by almost half, so there will only be room for kitchen/meal items only. Please be aware of this ahead of time & plan accordingly. We all enjoy a cold drink, but we all have the ability to provide our own coolers for our own use, & ice is always available from Cooper's Store
That being said...we have a touchy issue this year with both the fridge & the camp, that being a lack of space getting items to pennsic.
We have a multitude of new items/usual items that need to go up to pennsic this year, & there are only two trailers, both (as of this writing) full to capacity already. Many of us...alright, all of us take things we think we'll use but never do. We are asking if people could find some space with their belongings going to pennsic to fit some Barony items in their cars, it would greatly help. We are asking anyone who can help with this to please come forward, & any assistance is appreciated. Our generous Baron  & Baroness have been doing upgrades to the camp for the last few years (hot water heaters, new kitchen tent, there are other new tents going up this year as well, etc), as have Freug & John as Land Agents, & this year especially is proving to be a tight squeeze for all to get it up there
