[Moo] Holiday Faire help wanted

I hope everyone can make it to Holiday Faire this year, Looks like it's
going to be great!

If you are inclined to help, here is where it's needed, No need to pre
arrange, just show up and offer help.

Merchants always appreciate help unloading and loading their wares, even if
you just hold the door. They start at 7am.

There will be a few pavilions and day shades going up in addition to the
list field, that will likely start around 8am

The Royal vehicles will need to be unloaded at 10:00am

Check with troll, they might need help, even 30 minutes so someone gets a
break is appreciated.

Lunch may need help setting up or serving or cleaning up, stop by and check

We will set up for court around 3:30, tables and chairs will need to be
moved

Silent auction may need people to help set up in the morning or people with
math skills to tally at the end

After court, chairs need to be stacked, trash needs to be put in the
dumpster

Royal and baronial trailers need to be loaded

If you will be busy all day and cannot help with any of the above,
donations for royal hospitality table aka snacks or items for the gift
baskets are always welcome. Please remember to put you name on donations,
the royals really like to know who stuff comes from.

Of course, you can always just come and play, seeing friendly faces is the
best part of any event!
