Greetings from their excellencies

 Esperanza - Mors and Esperanza aren't able to go to WOW.


Faileen - She is still waiting to hear about the class for October. She will might need to find a new deputy if Aimee Sparrow because of her new kingdom position. She has teachers available for people who are wanting to learn scribal.


There will be the three A&S competitions for Holiday Faire and there is still an opening for for class if anyone is interested.


Grimm has opened Sunday archery practice to heavy too if they have a marshal.


Aine O - Lee of Stierbach's interview with Ii has been nominated for a Black Fox award for best article.


Abhainn Iarthair is going inactive due to lack of officers, they will continue to support the barony.


We are changing the November business meeting due to the election being the second Tuesday. It will be tentatively moved to the first Tuesday of November, location to be determined.


Warrenton fighter practice is looking to move their practice to the 4th Tuesday at Bethel Church.


WOW - People going to WOW have fun!


Chalice of The Sun God - It is coming up and it will be the last Chalice! A college student working on her Sociology degree and is writing a paper and would like to interview a few members of the SCA at the event.


Crown is coming up at the end of the month. It is in Baltimore.


Arnbjorg- 40 vendors have signed up. 72 spaces have been taken. There are 7 spaces left in the small building.

Grimm is taking over archery.

She still is trying to figure out how to get the list field down to Holiday Faire. She still needs volunteers.


Still need a autocrat for Holiday Faire 2017.


Grimm proposed that we pay no more than $300 dollars to the church as a donation for the next 6 months to include the business meeting rental space and fighter practice (as long as it is approved). It was voted on and passed.
