[Moo] Polling Update

Update from Master Vlad, Regional Seneschal Virginia, 

Master Vlad has still not received the label data from Corporate. He has contacted Their Highnesses, now Their Majesties and has been authorized to extend the submission date as necessary until he receives the label data. 

To allow adequate time for polling responses his intent is to set the polling postmark no later than three and a half weeks from the day he receives the label data. 

So, had he received the data yesterday the postmark would have been April 26th. 

He asked for me to convey to the Stierbach Populous understanding and awareness of their frustration with the delays. He will expedite the distribution of polling letters once the label data is received.
