[Moo] Cross-Posting - New Atlantian Award Recommendation site

Greetings unto Atlantia,

There is a new Award Recommendation site! This new site is tied in with the Atlantian Enterprise Login, which means that it now uses the same account/password as the University, Polling, and Order sites. Due to the advances in the Atlantian web presence since the old Award Recommendation site was built the old site and the new site are not at all compatible. This means that recommendations in the old site where not able to be imported into the new site, but not to worry, the old site will remain available for their Majesties and Highnesses to continue to pull recommendations from, just that new recommendations can no longer be added to it. The old site also remains available to anyone who already had an account, should you wish to update an existing recommendation you can copy the text from the old site into a recommendation in the new site.

For those who are members of a polling order, you will notice the same Award Recommendation tools in the ESP. This is because in the background the two have been merged and the Royals see all of the Award Tools, both pollings and recommendations, in one place now.
