[Moo] Purchase of a Baronial Pennsic Trailer

Good Gentles of the Barony,

A point of information, if I may, for those who might be concerned about
this expenditure of Baronial funds:

Every year, a certain number of the Populace register to camp with the
Barony. Those who do so, agree to pay a designated amount of camp fees, to
the group. This covers such items as propane for the stoves and showers,
Culligan water-purification tank rentals, and camp infrastructure. These
funds are Pennsic-specific, and do not come out of the Baronial general
fund. Those funds currently include covering our locker fees in Slippery
Rock.

Not having been Exchequer in a while **cough**, I don't know what the
current status of the Baronial accounts are. I would guess, however, that
if some of the trailer's price were to come out of the Baronial General
Fund, it would be repaid fairly quickly with the difference in storage
fees between the locker, and a parking spot at Cooper's.

As one who has made his fair share of schleps to and from that locker over
the last several years, I wholeheartedly support this proposal, and did
when His Excellency Saphir brought it up last year.
