[Moo] delivery to gulf wars

im checking to see if anyone heading to gulf wars has room for one of my
spear shafts.  ups lost its mind a couple weeks ago and raised their
shipping rate by over 350% and I would rather avoid having to wait on them
to reimburse me.  spears are 9' long an inch and a quarter diameter and
weighs 3lbs.  my customer would find you to pick it up.  if not I will ship
it, no worries.
