Beth,

It was a pleasure speaking with you and thank you for offering to assist.

Lisa and I are getting married on 13 Oct 2018 in Clifton, Va.  The wedding
will be in the 1871 Primitive Baptist Church and the reception will be in
the 1903 Barn in town.  We are planning a Viking Wedding and would like to
see if your organization had anyone interested in attending.  We are
looking to have 5-10 folks dressed as Vikings to mingle with the guests.
We are open to other ideas if there are demonstrations (archery, axe
throwing, story telling, dancing) you might suggest.  The folks attending
will enjoy the reception with us as guests as well but if there is some
paid entertainment we might be open to that as well.

Really this is a blank page right now and we are looking for ideas and for
people that would like to celebrate a Viking wedding.  The barn is on a
parcel of land where encampments or demonstrations can take place.  Any
help you can provide to put me in touch with interested folks is greatly
appreciated.  I will also check out the Facebook page.
