[Moo] Stierbach Baronial Birthday (And Investiture!)

Well, it's now July and so far, and we're still on the calendar, which
means there are still opportunities to volunteer to help out. And now we're
also going to have an Investiture! So, we're still looking for the
following:

Gate Steward - We've pinned Mistress Ceridwen as Registrant for the event
to get the info on Acorn/Spike, but I'd like someone to step forward to
handle this really important part of our day. Contact the Autocrat or the
Exchequer.

MoL - While the dimensions of fighting may be limited to non-existent (due
to Social Distancing), until we actually cancel fighting we should have
someone in this role. See Master Sigurd.

Royal Liaison - May or may not need this role, since Duchess Lynette (TRM's
Steward) is right here in the Barony. But might be useful to have a point
person for her to communicate TRMs day-of needs to.

Youth Activities Coordinator - As always, happy kids usually have happy
parents. 😁

You might note there's no longer an open billet for Head Cook. There's
really just no way to assemble 60-70 (or potentially more, given that we're
now planning an Investiture on top of our Birthday party) into a feast hall
safely. And there's just no easy way to project what our attendance is
going to look like. We're not 100% confident about our ability to meet
pandemic food service constraints without failing and putting our friends
at risk, or just failing in general. More as we get closer to the event.
