[Moo] Reminder...Electronic Polling Sign Up

Greetings!

Currently we have only 13.3% of the Barony who have signed up for
electronic polling. Please...take a moment and sign up. If you already have
an account it only takes a second.

Dun Carraig holds the high water mark with 52% signing up for the
Electronic polling.  Cear Mear holds the high water mark for most members
having accounts at 74%. Our neighbors are challenging us. Let's sign up for
electronic polling and get that percentage up!
