I just looked at mine and it looks like what you have.  It does not appear to be open yet for polling.  I will see what I can find out for you.

For those who opted to receive hardcopies of the polling, those have been mailed. Please watch out for them. Pollings must be returned directly to Their Majesties  and postmarked no later than July 6th!

For those who opted to receive electronic pollings, the polling will open on Monday, June 15th and will close on July 6th.
