[Moo] Submissions for April newsletter due

[Isobel of Carnewyth]

People can submit there own original content (with a waiver) including
poems, images (models also need waivers), research papers, etc.  It would
be great to hear if anyone has done something interesting during quarantine!

Of course, missives from autocrats are always welcome.
