[Moo] Baronial Polling for Stierbach

At this time, we have received only one Letter of Intent for the Baronial
polling. Per Kingdom law, we are required to have at least two letters to
move forward with the polling. If you are interested but did not submit a
letter, please contact me immediately to discuss.
