August Baronial Business Meeting POSTPONED until Tuesday, 23August, 7 PM, ZOOM Only.

Greeting Stierbach,
I apologize for the late notification, but due to most ofour members being off to War at Pennsic, our normally scheduled BusinessMeeting for Tuesday, 9 Aug will be postponed until Tuesday, 23 August, at 7 PM,and will be a ZOOM only meeting.


I would have considered canceling this month's businessmeeting; however, we have one piece of very important business that requires atimely decision by the Barony, that being a review and voting on an Eventbudget for Holiday Fair. This event is supposed to take place on 19 November,so 23 August will already be within the 90-day planning window. So, if thisbudget is approved, we will have to scramble a bit to get all of the KingdomCalendar and Event Planning requirements done in time. The alternative is thatwe do not have a Holiday Fair event this year.

In closing, I hope that everyone if enjoying their summer,time as war, or whatever it is that you are choosing to do, and I hope to seemany of you at out Zoom Business Meeting on Tuesday, 23 August, 7 PM, on Zoom
