<P>First, Earl Mika Longbow has consented to come and share tales of the history of the SCA. For those of you who might not know, Mika has been playing in the SCA for a good while. He is a former King of Atenveldt, a Knight, a Pelican, and has played in three Kingdoms. </P>

<P>Second, the Stierbach Cooks Guild has moved their monthly gathering to Baronial at Home, and promise a variety of medieval dishes for you to sample and savor. </P>

<P>We look forward to a good turnout. For those of you who are new to the SCA, this is an informal gathering. Garb is optional (and most folks will be wearing mundanes). This is a good place to come and get to know some members of the barony in an informal setting. </P>
