Each year, many <BR>people who have lost or not yet received their membership cards use the <BR>online membership system to print a proof-of-membership letter. <BR><BR>For most people, the system works perfectly, but as with any online system <BR>there are occasional glitches. The SCA Webfolk and the Member Services <BR>Office are happy to work with you to resolve any problems and get you a <BR>valid proof of membership, but it may take a few days to do so. <BR><BR>With this in mind, the S

folk and Member Services Office strongly <BR>recommend that those going to Pennsic check their memberships *early* (July <BR>20 at the latest). We are here to help, and glad to do so, and the sooner <BR>you find out about a problem, the sooner we can help you resolve it. The <BR>Webfolk themselves will be leaving in early August to attend Pennsic, so <BR>e-mails sent after July 31 may not be read for several days, perhaps not <BR>until it's too late for us to help you. If a new card must be mailed out <BR>from Member Services, you will need to allow AT LEAST two weeks for the <BR>processing and mailing time. <BR><BR>If you are going to Pennsic this year, won't you please take a moment NOW to <BR>make sure your membership, and those of your family members, are valid and <BR>that you have a current member card or proof-of-membership letter? <BR><BR>If you last renewed on-line, you can print a proof of membership letter by <BR>entering your membership transaction ID (be sure to

e the "US" or "IN" <BR>prefix), or your name and zip/postal code.
