Birthday, you fill out a form, pay $5, and the MoL can issue you a new temp
card. Then the Kingdom MoL will issue you a new permanent card in due

to contact to have a duplicate authorization card sent to me. I've tried
e-mailing the Kingdom MoL and the Barony MoL but after two weeks of waiting I
haven't heard anything back. It might be my e-mail bouncing off a
server somewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.</FONT></DIV>
