I see that as a major hurdle which would make having a set age limit important. School age kids would be the best, and for younger kids (5-10) only if their parents wanted to have them considered. I am of course assuming that most teenagers parents wouldn’t mind them being in consideration for such an honor. </SPAN></FONT></P>

That is why I think taking recommendations from parents and other youths might be a good way to go.
