Their Excellencies thank him for his service and asked him to suggest a successor. He named Charles O’Connor. Witnessed by the assembled Atlantian heralds, Charles was installed using a ceremony based on period exemplars.</FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>Ceit Macalla MacEwen gave a report on the Baronial Hospitality initiative. Their Excellencies then presented her with the Baronial Arts award (tentatively termed the Compass of Steirbach).</FONT></P>
