<DIV><STRONG><U>Field set-up/clean-up</U></STRONG> -- We will be setting up for the event on Friday, August 28, and early Saturday morning. If you can come out and help set up pavilions, unload vehicles, set-up list fences, help set up for the various Courts scheduled; please contact the <STRONG>Field Steward;</STRONG> <STRONG>Alienor de Bathe</STRONG>, <A href="mailto:alienorb48912@yahoo.com" target=_blank>alienorb48912@yahoo.com</A>. We will be onsite Friday morning. After Court on Saturday evening, and Sunday Morning we will need to pack up and many hands will make for light work. Do you have a truck and/or a trailer you can volunteer to haul supplies to the field from the Storage locker? This would be a great help</DIV>

You will serve two tables of 8 during feast. I am offering this to the Barony first. If I do not get enough servers, I will post on the Merry Rose.
